The Viridian was designed by Meltzer/Mandl Architects P.C.. It is located in Brooklyn, New York. This building was completed in 2010. It is 172,500 GSF and is rumored to have cost around 200 million dollar but was officially disclosed by the owner. This building was designed for 110 Green Street Development LLC. This building caught my eye because of the random balcony placements. They do not align with each other. I think it is so pretty.
