The architects wanted to change two warehouse buildings into an innovative space. They put it in a community where the neighborhood around it needs progress. it is located in a park which makes it assessable to more people who live around the area.

The creative department is a large open department with vibrant colors. The separate room on the side are all glass so it eliminates the dark and isolated feeling of workspaces. The architects strived to encourage creative collaboration within the space.

This building connects a place of leaning and an outdoor natural environment. KSS architects have a large focus on academics and modernization. Something that I like about this building is the exterior shape. The inside has many different interactive opportunities for students.

The first thing that stood out to me was use of natural lighting in the building. I like how they incorporated the outside seating for students. The large windows on the first floor open the room up nicely.
